Name that Zoot Contest: The Fourth and Final Week!

The answer to last week's question is "zazous." Before and during World War II, zoot suit wearing jazz lovers in France were known as les zazous.

Name the famous bird who stars in the patriotic propaganda cartoon Spirit of '43. In this animated short, a zoot suit wearing spendthrift tempts this civilian bird to waste war time wages on pleasure instead of paying taxes and buying war bonds.

Very cool look of clothing in how this was worn.
Looking at the past pictures, very sharp.
Reading up on this. The U.S. War Production Board said that it was a waste of material and that it should go towards World War II production.
They even had Zoot Suit riots in 1943 in Los Angeles, California.
